Any Travel Tip sites out there?

Are there any sites for swapping travel tips with people who have been/going to the same destinations as you?

I'm a member of Virtual Tourist but that site has so much it's difficult to navigate. So are there any others you can recommend?

I agree with whizzkid, tripadvisor.com is superb. I never go anywhere now without looking at the hotel reviews and sorting out my queries using the forums.
