Also if your school has registerd you can get a hold of a UCAS card that gets you discount in places like PC World which means you can get 10% of your laptop to take to uni. check out the website bellow

These cards are brilliant to get cheap cinema tickets to, if you know someone with an phone on Orange use your card with the Orange Wednesday offer and you get 2 tickets for the price of 1 with discount. We get tickets for £2.52 each

If you are at university, you can get the NUS card for free! You just need to go to your student union to pick it up.

If your not a university yet, check with you college on the NUS card as many colleges can offer it to you at a reduced price. My mate's college were able to offer them at £2 or £3 each, im guessing its some sort of "bulk buy" deal the college have with NUS themselves
