GGGGRRRR RE are doing well this week, I done a music store 3 weeks ago, gave photo of store and receipt, today they advise the photo is not suitable as it was taken when it was dark.......it was at 1 in the afternoon and the photo is perfect.

I have the whole name of store and the entrance with offers but this does not suit, probably because there is someone standing at the entrance.

Oh god. Has anyone else had problems with their photos for RE? Am worried now as did an assignment today and couldn't get right up close to take a picture as the tills are in the front of the store. Had to take mine at an angle and there are people walking past.

I had to take a photo of a store front last week. It was head-on, but was a bit distant. You could see the store name, but it wasn't close enough to see any promos in the window or anything. There was also an empty shopping trolly right smack bang in the middle of the shot. But they still approved it anyway. Maybe I got lucky?

I set my camera to 1MB pixels and I use optical zoom only ( up to 10x on my camera). I take about 3 pictures and choose the best one preferably without people or cars in the way. The pictures come out great and I have never had any problems after I have uploaded them.

I've had a really bad day. One shop which went well, then I started doing personal banking things, took me 30 mins to close one account in lloyds and then when I went to open another account at nationwide they didn't accept me! Gutted. Now I just tried to do a phone call for RE about student accommodation and their offices are closed despite RE saying I can do it between 10:00 and 18:00. I also have a headache :(

No, I hate it too and haven't had a job on it yet either! You could easily tell on the old site when a new upload had happened, because you could see the number of jobs in brackets, but now there's no way to just search all the stamp shop jobs for instance.

Also, I'm going to Stafford today and can't work out how to see if there are any jobs there!

Edit: just looked back at ukm's list and worked it out. I always thought the SK postcode was Stoke, because that's what I use for Buxton, and it's about 25 miles from Stoke, but turns out it's for Stockport. Anyway, now worked out ST is Stoke and that covers Stafford - blimey!

Yes, I hate the new GAP lay-out!

Its all very well if you know exactly which client you want and where, but what happens when you just want to see everything thats available near you?

Or if you want to see all the phone shops in the country because you're going to be travelling and can pick up some on the way?

Or what if you'r going to visit someone and don't know the postcode for that area?

With the old system you could do all his without hassle and search in a number of different cities at the same time. I miss being able to search all the areas in London that I'm going to as I travelling with teaching and searching my parents' home town at the same time. :(

Oh God - my student accomodation phone call says it can be done up until 9pm ... I was just about to do it so I'm guessing I going to have the same problem?!
Slowly working towards earning enough money (through various ventures) to live unworriedly, treat my family and sleep under a lovely roof. x

I did my first ever job today and it was fine :j! Glad the first one is over and done with as always a bit nerve wracking.

I'm filling in my expenses - which is the receipt number? Is it the number that starts with a #001-001-xxxx-xxxx by the date and time of the receipt, or is it just a number 1 for my first receipt?

    Thanks!
