I'm visiting a fish restaurant tonight, at the end of the questionnaire is this question "What would you say is your "pet hate" in terms of restaurant service?", would be grateful if someone can tell me what that means.
    TIA

  • I would say a pet hate is just what do you really dislike (e.g. the staff hovering for a tip, fake smiles etc).

What really frustrates you when you go to a resturant?

    Hi,

RE do hotel shops right, however, I imagine most of you guys use this as a chance to get away aswell? So how do you see the jobs becuase surely your defined areas are close to home/work etc.......not your holiday destinations? Or have i missed something here?

A bit off topic, but the place I am starting work with say they have a mystery shopper every WEEK. Is this common? It means I really have to be on my toes all the time :s

Or maybe he is bluffing to make sure I work well?
I think it's quite common. RE frequently have the same sandwich jobs every week.
Oooh a new thread, how exciting!!

Sorry if this has been asked before, I know when Gap pay, but is there anyway to see that they are actually going to pay you, like RE show how much you are due etc. I've done a few jobs for them but can't find on their website of jobs have been approved etc.

    Thanks ;)
    In a word, no!

Thank you. Don't think I'eve ever seen their website before. Usually just respond to the email saying what jobs I can do and they email me the info.

  • I felt so cool yesterday... did an Audit at Tesco and got to enter the store through the back door and check out the staff canteen and the stock room! For some reason, I felt like a rockstar! Ha ha.

Morning all, did my first MSer job yesterday for GAP at a burger joint, quite nerve racking TBH. Uploaded the details now we'll wait and see.
Found one on RE today at a pub for sunday roast, quick question can i take the family for sunday lunch or would I have to do this on me own?

RE pub jobs you can do with your family, unless the notes state otherwise, but they'll only reimburse to the expenses limit.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

    Are these audits well rewarded?
I would like to try one but I can guess they are quite intense??
