I've found that GAP doesn't like firefox, try printing through IE if that's the problem. Other than that I can't help sorry.

It's usually just a general enquiry, saying you are thinking of changing your phone - I've done a lot of these & it's always been that up to now!

I've got 4 over the next few days & just checked & it's still the same - just say you're thinking of changing your phone & let them do the talking, whether it's a competitor visit or to the company they mystery shop.

Got one Aba-i catalogue shop payment through but not the other, BOO. Also ESA phoned me at my work yesterday asking me to do 4 jobs that are absolutely MILES away from here by today! I had to say NO

does anyone have the list of links for abai? I had an email through earlier for a shop that I hadnt already got on my list and couldnt remember how to try and add it but cant find any reference to it anywhere including the linkies in this thread?
