Let me know if you get paid on 25th and I'll change the first post. TIA0 -
Just called them,
You called Gap??
In any case, I'm afraid if the money has credited the old account there is nothing GAP can do as it's too late for them to ask for a recall.
Is there no way, if you can see the account online, that you can transfer the money out online?Happy New Year :beer:0 -

Yeah, I called them, I know...shock horror!!
There is something that they can do, if they are prepared to help me (which I'm guessing they won't)...they can arrange for the payment to be reversed. I know for sure that it is 100% possible.
And no, I'm in dispute with the bank, so can't withdraw it. It's not the end of the world, as it'll mean it's less money that I owe the bank, it's just that it means I can't do hardly any MSing this month. I should just be able to cover what I've got booked in but not much else.0 -

I am sorry to disagree but it is only possible to reverse a BACS payment on day 2. As it credits on day 3, they are too late.
Reversing a payment after it has credited relies on the bank where it has credited, and their customer, authorising the funds be returned. It is unlikely, from what you have said, that your bank will authorise this.
Part of my job involves recovering payments made in error, so I wish it was as easy as reversing the payment.....Happy New Year :beer:0 -
Looks like GAP are paiying tomorrow, the money is showing in my old bank aco!!!!, that I don't have access to anymore. I changed the details in my GAP profile over a week ago, so I'm really annoyed they've done this. I've sent them a message through their online form asking if they can reverse the payment and re-send to my new bank account but I don't hold out much hope.
Looks like I'll have to cancel all my MS jobs for the next month, until GAP pay again, along with BARE.
Really annoyed about this situation.Just called them, the banking lady isn't in but he's going to send her a note to try and get it sorted out.
I'm not very confident. It appears that, after speaking to him, I changed my bank details too late (9th Sept) - !!!!!!? How can that be too late?!
