Dear ******

Following some queries raised on this job, we can confirm the process is as follows:-

Fieldworkers apply via the TNS Visit Allocation System and agree a visit date.

An email is dispatched from TNS asking you to sign up to Athena (a different system) on the Research International site.

To reflect this request, the TNS system is updated to workpack sent (although no links are sent).

Fieldworkers send an email to the contactus email address to confirm sign up.

Following receipt of this email, Athena dispatches an email informing you of the location. To accept this you will be requested to click onto the Athena link which is within that email, which also contains the guide notes and questionnaire.

Once you have made the visit, to complete the report you must log back into the Athena site (no links are dispatched).

Apologies for any confusion caused.

Maybe it depends on your luck then - I had one rejected after calling into an outlet and taking a meal deal so it didnt look daft.

Can anyone help me with a couple of problems? WOuld be really grateful for help (please PM me):

1. Am having trouble with the initial multi-choice questionnaire on TNS - is anyone else struggling? Can anyone give me the answers? It won't tell me which one I'm getting wrong so is there an obvious one where the answer's a bit ambiguous or something?

2. Please can someone let me have a full list of Abai clients? I've got some but I've seen reference to 'fruity phones' which I haven't got.

Hello, can anyone help me. I have accepted a clothes shop assignment with ABAi, when do they send the assignment details out as I have 3 days to complete it from accepting it and have not received the assignment notes.

The assignment details should be emailed to you automatically when you accept it. Sometimes emails are slow to get through. I would give it a few hours at least before asking them to resend it.

They are usually sent straight away - try contacting them and ask if they've been sent, and if so, get them sent to you again...

i've faced a similar thing. i applied online for one job and was called and given 2 more. but no notes stil. looks like a time delay!

I have a clothing group but I can't see any jobs listed even if I search for booked ones.
