Same for me, has been like that since last night but if you just press search button it gives you all jobs in the area. Or a least all burger jobs:rolleyes:

The boxer? I'm sorry to hear that, it always knocks you for 6 when you find out that someone you were close to has gone too soon, I've had that this year too. Hope you're feeling a bit better about it in a few days.

    Yeah, the boxer.

Thanks, all, for your kind words.

Why have TNS sent out an email about new car jobs?? They're not new, they have been sitting there for ages, and they still haven't sent out the details for the ones that have been allocated, despite promising they would be doing so today.

Then they send out instructions about signing up to another site and receiving an email telling you how to access the job notes, but you don't receive the email, so I have no idea how they actually expect you to do the jobs.
    Yes that it, Exactly!

I'm in the same position. I don't even know which garages I'm supposed to be visiting as they were just listed by region:confused:

I'm supposed to be doing mine on Friday but I can't plan any other jobs around them as I don't know where they are yet. Are we meant to choose our own locations?

Another great reason why they need Area Managers!!!

Yes, within the county that was specified when you applied.

I had to do two and just picked the locations off the manufacturer's website.

I have exactly the same problem, and I don't think we're supposed to choose our own as it says in the visit brief on TNS that "dealership addresses will be supplied after you have applied for assessment"

They've also now added on the bottom about signing up to the RI site.....
This assessment will involve signing up to a separate system for accessing the briefing notes and questionnaire. The signup process to RI is very short and will only take a few minutes. Links are not dispatched on this job, instructions are sent on how you can access the RI site to complete your report. But they don't send the instructions about the RI site after you have signed up to it.

I've emailed 5 times now, and phoned twice, and it's just ridiculous.

Spike - I am registered with JKS , have done some jobs for them, one of which was yesterday.

Thanks for that. :D Do they allocate by email or phone you when something becomes available. I have a fully filled profile but no jobs  Hey ho, I will just have to be more patient [/QUOTE]

I have had emails from them to allocate jobs but also pick them up from another MS board.
