No, they say 8 hours, but in reality you get longer. If you don't do the results that day you'll get an email sent overnight, and as long as you do the results in the morning you'll be ok.

But as the site's down and it's not your fault you can't be help responsible. Don't worry.

I think what TG and MG are trying to say is that there is nothing you or anyone else trying to submit a report can do. If you phone them you will be sacked. If you mail them it's highly unlikely you'll get a reply (especially at this time of night).

If theres a problem then they're bound to know about it, so just wait it out and try again when its up and running.

The trouble with a BlackBerry for ms'ing is that you can't view a lot of the websites to select jobs, such as Gap and Gfk and the ones you can like Abai you can't actually select the job on it anyway, so it ends up being more frustrating - you get an email alert from the alerts thread and can't accept the job.

OK for the company who can't be named or any others who just email work through, though.

Does anyone know if the fruity phone shop and the "Green" range of shops are still clients of Abai. I've never seen work from either of them and am getting sick of clicking to be honest!

At the risk of repeating myself, please look on the first couple of posts. There is a link to the companies who Abai do ms'ing for - you will see the department store on that link.

Please can I ask people to check these first posts before asking questions - they are there to help and I do try to update them with FAQs too!

There will be another wave of phone shops between now and Christmas. No idea about the green shops (I do understand your clue, btw, but had to think for a moment!!).
