Hiya - been reading your thread (although I'm never sure how to start my own!) and just thought would drop in a say hello! You and I seem to be in a v. similar boat with payday loans, lovely mums and not being sure how to tell your dad the situation! My mum has helped me out as much as she can, but without roping my Dad in (which terrifies me as he already thinks I'm a flibber gibbet) there's not a lot more she can do. And I feel bad enough for all the help she's given me already, and the worry I've caused her. I hope one day to be in a position to treat her to a wonderful holiday to say thank you.

I'm doing everything I can to get rid of my payday loans (3 of them at the moment and some horrid cheque loans too) which would free up my cash to sort out my other debts. I would love to take on a 2nd job but work ridiculous hours as it is and travel overseas a lot for work most months so it just isn't feasible. Instead, I'm trying to have as many no spend days as possible, sell everything on ebay, etc.

Anyway - just wanted you to know that you weren't alone in this boat and I hope that you get the job you applied for - fingers crossed!
