Urgent Help Please! - Claim Your Payment

My Wife has sold some bits and pieces of clothing that the kids have grown out of, no problem done this before but when people have paid us the list of sold items is showing 'Claim Your Payment' against the items which have had payments made to us. I click on the links and it takes me to Paypal but nothing to show me what I need to do...any ideas folks? I need to get these things posted tomorrow but I can't do this without clearing the payments first?

I have checked my limits on Paypal, loads of spare left, Premier Account so that should be enough to let me buy and sell.

You need to look at the email address that the payments have been made to and check its correct. If it is wrong but you have access to it you can add it to your paypal account.
