Blackberry curve mobile phone contract

Hello
Im currently on an 18month contract with orange on a blackberry curve 8320 handset. I am halfway through the contract and so far i have had to have it replace four times. The last handset that was replaced was about two weeks ago and already the trackerball has started playing up and I've only used it about 10 times - I dont even use it much.
Is there anyway that I could get a different handset from them or would i be eligable for conpensation of sorts?
