Can anyone recommend a cheap hotel or B and B near Folkestone please? We are travelling through the Eurotunnel very early Sat morning so just need somewhere to put our heads down. Have looked on web but can't seem to find much if anything below £55.
Thanks
Thanks

Probably the most convenient would be the Premier Inn, Hall Avenue, Ashford. It's situated a few minutes from M20 J10 so easy to hop onto the motorway. Unfortunately this will be in the £50+ price range. The man without a signature.0

This Saturday morning? I know it's no good to you now, but you've left it far too late. Booking a couple of months in advance could have gotten you a travelodge room for around £29, but as you say you're paying over £55 now.0 -
I am aware of those offers but we have only just made the booking for the accommodation in France so didn't really have any choice about finding somewhere last minute.0

We have booked th Hilton in Maidstone for the 12th September for £74 inc breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children.
Also have the Travelodge in Ashford (Eureka Park) booked for the 13th for £30.
There are a couple of Holiday Inn's in Ashford and one in Folkestone, also Premier Inn are around there too.0 -
There are quite a few budget hotels in Folkestone, but not all of them are good. If you want something basic and really cheap then the Kentmere is quite good, check out the budget hotels section on this site: www.hotelsnearthechanneltunnel.co.uk0

This is an old thread, it threw me for a few seconds when I saw the date, but good advice. I know someone who stayed in the Grand Burstin and they where happy with it, and it's an interesting shape too:
