Since freeview only has about 70 Channels (including the radio's) you may want to take that ebay ad with a very large pinch of salt.

As to the sky stuff then if you do a google on card sharing (and probably Technomate or Double Dragon or dreambox) you will find your answer. For 'free' though read pays a lot for access to a dodgy site.

Bit of info for google searches - if the result points to a forum then try pressing the 'cache' button on the link - usually saves from having to register to read the info.
They promised the earth...and delivered mud. Technically though it did meet the spec.

Scam! Its basically a word document with loads and loads and loads and loads of links to streaming videos.

Yes, some of them do work, but:-

    a) The qaulity is terrible
    b) Sometimes full and wont allow for you to connect
    c) Once you are connected you can get disconnected > see b)
    d) I cant stand ebay idiots that try anything to make cash

I have that word document somewhere, if you want it?

    It's absolute tosh.

He says FREEVIEW but he means FREE VIEW! The link he is selling is probably a link to free channels which are streamed online normally by public broadcasters around the World and be viewed with various software or even Windows Media Player for free.

Unless you speak Mandarin or Dutch there will be very few valuable channels - the likes of prime BBC channells will not be avaialble!

I recommend you spend the £30-40 for a freeview box. :) or search for "free on tv channels" I know that particular website is very good jsut can't remember its name)

Edit: Channels mentioned include Floyd College TV (US) :T :o

In the United Kingdom 200,000 people are bitten by dogs every year and some people will die as a result. Of those bitten, 70% are children... So the question has to be asked....... Has the time come to ban children?
