Work this morning with a packed lunch in tow.
Off this afternoon, helping my parents out and they bought a take-away for us all. Yum! So a free tea.
Have changed lightbulbs to energy saving ones too today, even though I brought them on Monday! Doh!
Payments starting to go through for cc's this month - really pleased I will be under the £22K mark on 28th April :TBack on the DFW Wagon:
CC - £3,300 on 0% til 04/2020
CC - £4,500 on 0% til 02/2019
Loan - £12,063.84 as at 4/1/180 -
Decided I could afford to pay another £40 off one of my credit cards before pay day on Tuesday!!Trying to pay as much towards debts as I can. Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.

Just done a bit of quidco-ing searches before I leave the office earning me 12p
:T:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Ermmm, took kids to the cinemas today (ice age 2 the meltdown!!) , cost £21.50 to get in cinema for 5 of us, went to Asda for snacks instead of buying in cinema cost £5.75 and McDonalds for lunch as a treat cost about £15.50 - was only saying a few weeks ago how i feel so guilty that i never take them anywhere when they are on school holidays as i work for myself so cant afford the same amount of time off as them!! so i got together £35.00 from doing odd jobs and errands for people, total spent = £42.75 less the £35.00, spent out of my own money £7.75 but got 3 very happy little boys (and a very happy mum n dad too!)Focusing on clearing the credit cards in 2018 :T0

Im dying my hair tonight at home instead of going to the salon, also the colours were only £1.79 on offer in tesco
I have very long hair so i need 3 kits so it can end up being a little pricey so I brought 6 so i have enough for next time too as the offer finishes soon
I also did some searched for part time evening jobs, Ive found a local resturant that is looking for bar / waiting staff and also a pub that wants people. Although I may get more tips waiting tables I think I may spill more then I serve
so i think its the boozer for me
On the down side I recieved a letter from egg telling me that they have passed my debt to a collection agency - cant wait to hear from them.

brilliant Dotty Anne - glad to hear you all had a good time. I dropped my daughter off at the cinema for a party and collected her a few hours later fed, watered, occupied and happy.
Awwww Pixie - is there anything you can do about it ? Official DFW Nerd Club Member #37 Debt free Feb 07 :cool:0 -
Good news from me is that my lodger is wanting to move in a week earlier, if we can shuffle it around, ( we have visitors confirmed theyve paid thier train) and move her in on the bank holiday, should be an extra 110 in my bank :beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? After cancelling the PPI on my Egg card, my new statement shows that my min payment is now £87 instead of the £107 it has been lately. I've also only been paying the minimum amount & so have changed to a regular amount of £110 a month. Not as much as I want but as much as I can afford.0
