did it not suit your viewpoint or don't you like the truth?

I think it suits hamish's viewpoint more.

Having looked at the pdf file, rents have been on the decrease, or static, for 17 months.

In the last 2 months, average rents have risen a WHOLE £6. Six. SIX.

I mean come on. That would get you a pack of fags.

If thats now classed as some kind of recovery because in 2 months rents have risen average £3 per month, then christ, everything can be classed as a recovery.

    This report is utter desperation.

    only £6 = 8.7% annualised increase

Yer, and now compare it to the actual dataset of 19 months.

I don't reallt care if it's 8.7%, thats hardly groundshaking coming from the figures it fell from is it.

Its pure cherry picking of data, like you have just done above.

Er, the average rental for the south east and london seems OBSCENE, I simply can't believe the average renter is paying over a grand a month.

May I also point out there as a recovery in June - August 08.

Prices went from £867 in May to £869 in June and £868 in July and £871 in August.

That's up £4 in 4 months. Recovery. But then then recovery ended again and were now at £825, which is now a recovery again....just so happens it's in the same months.

could never be stuck with your posts - i always remember Star Wars.

so let me see Hamish posts a link from the Times, it's called rubbish because it doesn't suit people's viewpoint. i post the original report - graham get's his tiny pink thong in a twist because again it doesn't suit viewpoint.

it's all rubbish - no-one can post anything unless it suits Graham's tiny little blinkered view. correct?

rents are down for the last 18 months - rents have risen by a small amount in the last few months. that's all it is. nothing else, nothing more.
