Its easy to blow the best part of £10 on sweets on a friday night so can anyone suggest any cheap sweets or nice alternatives?
Getting the reduced cakes at the back of 7pm is cheap but full of calories!
Do you mean sweets as in desserts/ pudding or sweets as in pick'n'mix?

Pound shops are fantastic! I've found Mars Midnight and Twix Cappuccino on four for £1, in Pound World and Poundland - and the Mars bars are just heaven!

I make my own popcorn with a maker for 50p from a boot sale and it is brilliant. You can just do it in a pan and it costs less than 5p for a HUGE bowl. HTHMAY THE ODDS BE EVER IN YOUR FAVOUR0

Home Bargains also have bags of mixed dried fruit, cranberries, raisins, apricots and yoghurt coated fruit for 39p, very tasty. Probably just as calorific as sweeties but a little better for you. They are near the sweets and crisps in my local.0
