that's exactly what i do! We don't have any yoghurt or milk or ice cream in it, just fruit. Smoothies are agreat way of using up whoopsied and almost dead fruit, and the kid's half eaten stuff gets washed and stuvk in a bag in the freezer to add into smoothies. I like to add water to my green smoothies, and berries make it not so green but much easier to drink
