Reclaim charges for a business

Hi All
Sadly like many i have been charged for going overdrawn etc.
I made a claim and was refused by Natwest, does anybody know if i have a valid claim. I have mainly unpaid charges and referral charges.

I claimed for charges on both business and personal accounts with Natwest but with a hardship element.
I received a cheque for about 75% of the business claim within a couple of weeks, 3 months later I am still waiting for some action on the personal account0
