Can anyone help me make sense of this....

Just been out to see my electric meter reading out of curiosity,

Now, i have rate 1 [high] and rate 2 [low] as i'm on economy 7. [Moved in last few days, waitin to transfer to BG]

It says
Rate 1 : 14700
Rate 2: 3477

Is this high or not? Have read some posts on here and been trying to save electricity where possible i'm intrigued!

That is like going to your car, reading the miles and coming back here to ask "my mileometer says 57638, have I done a lot of miles in the last week?"

You take a reading at the start and another at the end and the difference is how much you have used.
