What do you think of this listing?

If someone buys it now, by the date of the release the 45 days protection from paypal will have expired, won't it?

Also, the seller hasn't got any feedback as seller, just as a buyer.

Any seller that only uses the release trailer as the description's not worth bothering with anyway. They've not even mentioned the release date...

Also, it's the same price on Play, and you'll get cashback there ;)

Also, he's selling a not-yet-released title, yet he isn't a business? Yeah, right.

I hadn't noticed that..goodness what a lucky private seller to have more than 10 items unwanted when they are not even on release yet!

I have only recently become a business so now I see businesses-posing-as-private-sellers everywhere lol. It doesn't bother me too much but I do notice...

  • Definitely not with a bargepole, or even without one. I know it's been said but I feel the need to jump on the bandwagon!

I'll put my hand up as one of the people that reports larger "private businesses". I've seen shops with thousands of items listed at a time being managed by a "private" individual.

There's one in particular that's constantly selling new (by new I mean recent, not new as in ... erm ... new :o) sealed products by the pallet-load, and yet ebay don't seem to give a toss. The cynical side of me thinks ebay realise if they registered as a business they'd be a PowerSeller, and therefore qualify for a fair few quid back each month
