Phone wth outgoing call barring facility

Does anybody know if there is a decent phone on the market that has an inbuilt call barring facility for outgoing calls?
BT used to have such a facility on my previous handsets, but they went kaput & not been able to find another phone with such a facility so am now paying BT for the call barring service. With prices rising however, I'm begining to think it may be more cost effective to replace the handsets & save the monthly cost to BT for the call barring service.

The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

You can still get the BT Synergy 2150 on eBay and, looking through the User Gude, I see (page 44) that has a Call Barring facility.Does anybody know if there is a decent phone on the market that has an inbuilt call barring facility for outgoing calls?

There are plenty of additional handsets on offer on eBay too.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
Yes, this is the phone I had, but the answerphone broke down & although I still have the additional handsets I'm reluctant to buy another Synergy because mine didn't have a very long life. I was hoping there might be another model/brand that had the call barring facility.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
