How do I revise a listing?

My item finishes in 4 hours and I have been asked if I will post to Germany. I am trying to include Germany in the places I will post to as I usually only post to UK but it won't let me. Can she bid on it without me doing anything?

You have to invlude the whol of europe you cant just specify germany. There are less than 12 hours left so you cant revise your listing. If you didnt set up your buyer requirements to stop people from countries you do not send to bidding she will not be able to bid0
