if you can convince the judge that the action was always pointless or frivolous your in with a chance, they take a dim view of anyone wasting their or the courts valuable time.

Has anyone done this and if so what was the outcome?
Your quite right Max, the judge would take a dim view, after all this would come out of the tax payers purse when there was no need for the case. I would of thought that at the very least the judge would collect the court costs off the plaintiff. Knowing that you are BR and still taking this action seems rather pointless, I mean what do they think will happen?Better to be poor than a slave to wealth

Your honour, I have been so worried about this, I have had to see my GP, i have had to travel by train to get here, and find care for my old mum and 7 kids to allow me to come, and spent hours on the phone and postage but the nasty man said i had to pay up...
can i have something towards my bus fare home or should i try to hitch hike?
