hi, ive experienced the same problem this week, only abbey have 'sold' my debts to debt quest ltd. I received a letter from them demanded immediate payment. I rang them, reminded them of my bankruptcy details and then rang the official receiver. They are fully aware that some places are 'trying' to get the money.

Dont worry too much, just call them - give them yr bankruptcy number date and court of issue, and the receivers name and number.

    Good luck for the future.

You don't even need to call them - just pass the details on to your OR to deal with.

I agree. I am still receiving demands 6 months after BR, I don't bother the OR with their silly quest just file them away ready to be burned at a later date. They will get less as you go on as will calls ( of which I get none) They will keep adding charges. more fool them. If they give you more hassle than you can put up with, call the big boy's and girls in.

in that case, dont speak to em, wait for them to make a move, which can only be a CCJ

you take your bankruptcy to the court on the day, together with any correspondence from the creditor, the court will throw it out, and you can ask for expenses from the plaintiff.
