I've had no idea of the magnitude of my debt for years and just to be clear since 06 i've lived within my means, no problem with that these days. I'm even starting a new course, with tution fees. What's past debt to hold u back?:rotfl:
Especialy so as once engaged in the process of sorting it any decisions will be made based on my current circumstances. Besides, if there is to be court issues they'll have to take my essential outgoings i.e. rent, council tax, bills into account...
