llandudno to Abersoch

Could any of our Welsh Msers help, please?

How easy is to get to Abersoch from Llandudno without a car? I may have to travel there from the North East and can get to Llandudno by train ok but after that I'm struggling, there doesn't seem to be any rail connections, and it would seem that a bus would be the only alternative but its still an hour and a half by car!

I always use TransportDirect for these difficult trips.

In this case it seems to be saying Get a train to Bangor then three buses, or four buses from Llandudno Junction. Either way, it does appear to be over three hours.

Have a play. The time of travel may influence your route.

Bangor to Absersoch is 90 mins by road according to multimap, so not sure how long the bus would take
Pwllheli is the nearest rail station, but from Chester it certainly goes round the houses to get there

It looks like Darlington to Bangor via Llandudno, then three buses, about 8 hours, thats what I have to do if I want the work!

Get a train from Llandudno to Bangor, then a bus from Bangor to Caernarfon then a bus from caernarfon to Pwllheli then another bus to Abersoch!
