b+q madrid toilet system

My sister bought a madrid bathroom suite at b+q.However she broke a bit of the toilet system that is in the toilet.She went back to the store to get a replacement but they said they would have to order her the bit.She is looking to see if she can get it somewhere else but cannot remember the name of the system it started with a s and it was she thinks somrthing like sistan .She tossed the booklet out so cannot look their and forgot to ask b+q we live a long way away from our nearest b+q .Can anyone help/

thanks but where would l look for stamp toilet fixing.My sister said that the name does not ring a bell .Where would she look and what do we type to try and find the system she had she issaying that it was a istan at the end of the word .
