Rubber Shower Door Seal Needed

Help,
We have a shower door that was installed before we moved into our house and it has a rubber seal running vertically up the edge of the door along the hinge edge.
It slides into a groove in the door that is approx 5mm wide by around 1.5mm thick. The part of the seal that sticks out from the back of the door is a circle of around 10mm diameter and when the door closes this compresses against the flat glass panel that makes up the other part of the shower screen.
It is now around 8 years old and has got so aged that it has started to crack.
I have Googled for shower door seals but they all seem to be plastic strips.
I have made a drawing of the profile but cannot seem to post it here.
I would welcome any suggestions where I might be able to get one like this.
