Can I Claim?

Sorry about this but I'm not sure if I can claim these back. I have missed 2 months cc payments and sent all a SOA and offer. They are all continuing to add interest and default charges. I have been looking at my MBNA statement today only to discover they have reduced my credit limit, but with the interest & default charges, this has exceeded my limit by £86 so they have added another £12 on top!! Should I/can I try and claim anything back from any of the cc companies
3 x barclaycards
1 x MBNA
1 x Halifax
1 x Mint
I have never defaulted before but circumstances changed last year and finally had a LBM in May so they did not get paid in June or July and I'm waiting to hear from them. the problem is the debt is actually getting bigger as they add the interest and default charges and will always get bigger if they carry on doing this. I'm already £1k worst off without using them for 2 months!!! Thanks.
