Hi today i paid my first DMP payment into the post office by transcash then got home to find default notice sent to me by Egg saying i have until 24/8 to pay the arrears of £215.60.When CCCS sent me my dmp papers they had omitted egg for the time being because they had wrong account no this has now been resolved and hopefully Egg is part of this months payment on my DMP,what will happen if my DMP payment to Egg is less than what they want before 24th.The good news is Nat West have accepted my DMP for both loan/overdraft for a limited period however still not heard from nat west credit card are they seperate?

Contact CCCS on Monday and explain, they should be able to deal with Egg as you are on a DMP & if Egg has accepted your DMP then I would not worry too much about the letter but you need to make sure you get a confirmation from them, otherwise if they refuse your DMP they'll keep adding interest, late payment charges etc...and eventually they'll sell debt to collection agency and that is the last thing you want.
