I'm having the biggest problem ever with BARCLAYS CREDIT CARD. I have been having fraud transactions on my card since April and have phone barclays loads of times to have the card cancelled this has been going on since April and i have just got off the phone from them again. My card is still not cancelled!!!!!!!! they have no record of my calls and the promised emails have not come.
My bill keeps raising. Please can someone help.

What did barclaycard say when you phoned them today..?If you will the end, you must will the means.0

There calls should be recorded, maybe worth putting a written complaint in and requesting that they check the calls0
