Cant give clothes away!

I think the recession must be over,I live in a supposedly "deprived" yet have tried to give my sons old baby clothes away and no one wants them admittedly they are only mainly next no designer labels, I didnt want to sell them and didnt want to do a car boot sale I just thought that they would help someone out that had had baby boy oh well they will have to go in the next charity bag instead.

It is so anoying; I've listed clothes and shoes to give away on Freecycle and no one wanted them. Last time I dropped off some stuff at the charity shop, all I've got was "Oh, another bag to sort out!" in a p***** off voice. :rolleyes:0

i have given stuff to the womens refuge in the past - they always appeared pleased with what i donated, i think my sister has also donated to shelter too
our local hospital used to take baby/kids clothes too'We're not here for a long time, we're here for a good time0 -
People are always asking for baby stuff on our freecycle too (East Sussex one)0
