Can I list a Jimmy Choo carrier bag as a collectable item?

Ebay have removed my listing to sell a Jimmy Choo carrier bag as it "violates" their *^$^*& policies. Apparently I am encouraging others to buy this and then use it so sell fake goods

Can I list it as a collectable item to get around this?

It does say:
"
An empty branded box, bag, tin or other container that could be potentially used to hold and sell a similar or identical product. (Exception: empty vintage boxes, bags, tins or containers that can generally be considered collectable items and are sold for such purposes)"

Any thoughts - not really in the mood to get banned - but others have these items listed and have sold them without problems.

AAAARRRRGGGGG. (sorry venting)

cheers

If you have a serious breach warning already I would not be looking to try and sell this item again. It doesn't matter what category you use, if someone is watching you then you risk suspension.

The main reason I asked was because when I queried this ban they put this in the reply

"Because of the specific policy breached, you won't be able to relist
your item from the Unsold Items section of My eBay. If, once you're
familiar with the policy, you believe you can list your item in a way
that doesn't break the rules, you're welcome to do so. "

Its so annoying as other people have sold and are selling the same item even now. - not that I'm being singled out  typical
