    Hi hun,
I sent a card using this website. How can we be sure they are getting through? Is there anyway of checking?
Also, when I sent one it would only let me send one. I spent ages choosing a card and writing it, but when I clicked to send it tried to charge me? Did I do something wrong, as it said I had 3 credits left, and each card is 2 credits. I re-registered and sent it through the new account, but didn't want the credits to go to waste if I can help it.
I think postpals are fantastic, keep up the good work, :T:T:T

  • I have just had an email from this company saying they will not process one of the cards I ordered.
"We apologize that we are unable to process your card, because valid contact information was not provided. We have also previously contacted the source that incorrectly represented our service. They assured us they would correct the mistake. If we can further assist you please don't hesitate to call on us."
I provided a valid email address (my husbands) so not sure why they won't process it.
Wondering if anyone has had the same problem?

  • After contacting the company, explaining that I odered the card for a sick little boy to cheer him up (didn't give any further details) and hoping that we could sort this error out, I recieved this:

"I commend you for wanting to send this little boy a card, and in most circumstances, I would not mind my website being used for such a noble cause. However, I had a flood of people try to use my service for this in a matter of hours. My research found that what happened is a UK organization perceived my site as a free service and told hundreds to use it. Our site is designed to market to people; not allow mass groups to send free cards.

Our website is normally only used after we explain our service to a person and they express an interest in a personal card sender account. The free card people send isn't really free at all. It is to them, but it actually cost me personally for every single card. As an Independent Distributor, I make my living signing people up with SendOutCard personal accounts, so they can have a more convenient and inexpensive way to send cards to family, friends, clients, etc... And for those interested in the business, I help them with another option of setting-up their own SendOutCards home business.

What I believe most that tried to use our service don't understand is that our cards are printed and mailed from the U.S. They can be mailed to the U.K and anywhere in the world, but may take a little longer and cost a little more in postage. We are expanding into the U.K, and already have a a few smart folks positioning themselves to be the first to offer SendOutCards in Europe. We began printing operations in Australia last year too.

I do hope you understand my dilemma. The dozens of people that rushed my site after my website was inappropriately handed out means I cannot process and pay for all the cards.

I do hope you can find time to make it to a card store and send the boy a card."

So I guess they are not going to send this card, or any further cards ordered.
I couldn't get to the shops, hence why I used this service, as my health is not too good at the moment. I will find a way to get that little boy a card, as I have made that promise (ticked the sheet on postpals) but I am not happy with this company.
