I've seen some nice berets at Accessorize a while ago, so, I might try that. I also like fedoras, but I'm not too sure if I'd be brave enough! I can always go to a hat shop and get some advice on the best styles and shapes for me.
I'm a brunette and camel might be an option. I agree that it's a timeless colour.
