I booked a mini cruise to Cork from this company on the 16 July and paid in full £710.10 by my debit card and the payment went out of my bank all was fine e- tickets arrived then on 31July I Checked my bank account to see if my pension had gone in and discovered I was overdrawn and that a payment of £712.10 had been made to VIA_VOYAGE I contacted my bank and have had my debit card stopped and will be issued with another one and a disputed payment claim has been set up but when I tried to contact VIA_VOYAGE LTD this is when things got funny, first of all on their web site they have a union jack a postal address in Aldershot Hampshire post code GU62 5JN and a registered office in London and a 0800 phone no and a ABTA no which to me it seems that they are a UK firm only trouble is the are based in Florida USA but give the impression that they are based in the UK and ABTA can only help if they go bust I have contacted they cruise comany and all seems OK there but I still £710 out of pocket paying twice and no replies from my e-mails or phone calls to VIA VOYAGE also the 5 hour time difference dos not help . I have also looked at the google map of their UK HQ a private house has anybody else had trouble with them
