Probably depends why you were banned0

Amazon make ebay look like little fluffy bunnies, they take a much harder line with suspended accounts.
As you have probably dscovered CS won't talk to you anymore and you are referred on to Sentinel by email..and probably ignored. All you can do is keep pleading your case to be allowed to reopen the account, promise to make good anything that they didn't like about the account before etc. What was the reason they gave for the ban?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks for your advice
I got a couple of bad feedbacks from buyers.0 -
Amazon are strict, anymore than 1% of your sales end in charge backs or more and you get closed down, they are equally as strict on feedback.
the difference between amazon and ebay is they will usually give you a chance and you can speak to someone about it.
I got kicked off at Christmas for getting just over 1% chargebacks due to a typically sterling performance from royal mail whereby they lost several of the books i sent out, i just got straight on the phone, spoke to someone and pointed out that i despatched all items either same day or next day and that i wasn't in control of what happened to the goods once they entered royal mails possession and that all i could do was to concentrate on helping those customers who's items hadn't arrived by refunding quickly which i had done.
amazon agreed i had dealt with customers well and allowed me back on, my ban lasted 3 hours.
Your only problem is how long you have left it, they might not want to know now, you will just have to keep trying.0 -

I think you need a bit more than a couple of bad feedbacks from buyers to get your account suspended (unless that was the total of your feedback). Thanks for your advice

Any a-z guarantee claims?"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
Amazon usually refuse to talk to banned users via customer services, some of the very big sellers found that out the hard way. They refer you to sentinel via email and they cna take ages to respond.
Try a read of the seller boards and see what people there have suggested in a similar situation.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
