Please help with Sony Home centre

Hi! I live in the Uk and own a Sony VGX-TP3Z/B combination home pc, DVD and Bluray player. First question is can I unlock it and second is why on some Blurays will it play the sound on the intros and menus but not the main feature? Any help much appreciated!

I doubt you can unlock that in any way
As for the blurays ~ I suspect the main sound is hidef DTS which wont play through your tv (Which I assume is what your doing) so just cycle through the sound options till you hear sound:idea:0
