I had a simple query related to charges in my account with Natwest.
Called up my local bank. After 10 minutes on hold, some one picked up. Then they transferred to another department. After waiting for 5 minutes, they in turn transferred to another department. Again after 5 minutes they transferred to another department.
The lady who picked up was very rude. Without giving me an opp to speak, she transferred me to some where else. I then heard an automated voice saying the line no longer is in operation.
After 22 minutes on line (0845 number) I could not even speak to a proper person. Pure waste of time and money :mad:

I don't believe you were on hold for 22 minutes on an 0845 number. Any self respecting money saver would have found an 01 or 02 number. Shame on you.
