Spybot

Options
Have just run Spybot for the first time.
It found some tracking cookies which I was happy to remove. It also came across this:
Windows Security Center.AntiVirusOverride: Settings (Registry change, nothing done)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusOverride!=dword:0

Is this also to be removed? I assumed that it has just picked up that I am using AV ( AVG). Should I leave it or remove? TIA

    This is a registry setting, relating to the option in windows Security Center that you will monitor your antivirus software yourself. Spybot is just warning you that it has been changed from the default.

    Assuming you selected this option yourself then it's safe to ignore the message. (If you don't want to see it every time you run spybot, choose the 'exclude detection from future scans' option).
