Income support -sister being "sanctioned"

Thanks Jowo, she is now in a council flat and her hb get paid directly to the council so it's not an issue right now. She is on the list for a bigger house as she's in a 2 bedroom flat at the moment but it will take a long time so she may have to consider private renting (my nephew has ADHD and only sleeps for 3-5 hours a night so sharing a bedroom with his sister will never be an option) , so it's useful to know that is an option.

We are fighting our local council at the mo, we are private renting but our LHA will only allow us a 2 bed rate even though our eldest son 6 is autistic (and doesnt appear to need sleep and hates his things being moved) is supposed to share with his youngest brother who is 4, despite of the evidence we have that shows this is not possible:mad:
