my husband has had this trouble for years,we can usually get around it by me/his mom phoning for different things, but the ESA dept of DWP wont have any of it and wont speak to anyone but the claimant (hubby) and do not have an email and if they did will not discuss individual cases via email.

this had made dealing with the ESA incredibly hard for him and we are really strugging with them at the moment to try and close a tribunal we started with them as its got too stressfull for him to deal with, and we need to claim JSA instead but cant get the ESA finished!!
