Hi Robbie, with mine for unfair rebate they are doing this and I then had to start again with the insurer but FOS wrote for me. Let us know whether you have to do the same. Mine started in April, 2008 and still going now. Just hope they can look into these.

I heard from here that they have no obligation to provide the agreement if the loan is settled but they would have to send it within a SAR request.
