I am going to start reclaiming my charges, is it best to ask for the interest too or just the original charges?

It's really up to you in all honesty but the interest calculator on the reclaims article is pretty straight forwardkevandkeira wrote: »I am going to start reclaiming my charges, is it best to ask for the interest too or just the original charges?0 -
Natwest owe me just over £500 in charges. Most of these charges are from 2-3 years ago, using the interest calculator it came back at around £700. Just really wanted peoples opinions on wether they claimed the interest too or not.

I've just started claiming my bank charges back and I added the interest on at the outset. It's what the courts would award if it went that far, and the way I see it if it did come down to a settlement out of court then this can only be used as a positive bargaining chip in getting a fair settlement.0
