mix the port with Blue WKD to make a Cheeky Vimto :beer:

and a proper Bloody Mary needs a drop of sherry

recipe from Tabasco bottle

2 ice cubes
fresh tomato juice with a few drops of lemon
celery salt
dash of Tabasco
Worcestershire sauce
a few drops of sherry (sweet is ok)
freshly ground black pepper

add 2 measures of vodka & stir together :beer:

Port and brandy is a really good cure for indigestion. Plus it tastes good.

Thank you all so much - love the ideas - I love bloody mary's but never realised you should add sherry. Yes both bottles have been opened so I was in some sort of hurry to use them up - so they won't go off easily? Great!!
I love the idea of adding to beef or with mushrooms & cream - thank you all so much. I'll get stuck in tonight :O)
