What are you wanting to do?

Basic support using wine is supposed to work.

    Not tried it though.........

You'll enjoy using linux, best one out there is 'PCLinuxOS', very user-friendly, easy to pick-up for ex-Windows users, and comes with support for broadcom WiFi chipsets built-in.

    Hi
It's supposed to be possible to use iTunes with Linux using Wine.
I've tried it and failed miserably.
I use gtkpod now, it's great.
I've also used Yamipod for a while. That's OK too, but gtkpod is best (imho).

This is a tutorial for gtkpod, it's not difficult. Tutorial

There's several tutorials out there on the www where they claim to have iTunes running with Wine.
I suppose if you want to use iTunes for downloading stuff from Apple then it's worth trying.

    This is gtkpod in action:-

Every time WINE get's iTunes working iTunes usually release an update which stops it wokring in WINE (But every update to iTunes wrecks everything not apple based) :) lol

Think the latest iTunes does not work with WINE.
Genera lrule is if you find a version that works in WINE *DONT* ever upgrade it! lol
