product lines are constantly changing,but more to do with the season ,,ie mothers day weddings etc

but the core lines are becoming clearer as are my more specialized lines,

start up has been hard but has its up points,, suppliers have lowered their prices or are adding in free stock or reducing their minimum buying quantities,banks dont wont to lend cash so you cant go silly with bulk orders,
we got some product completely wrong, so its as well we dident take up bulk buying offers:o
the barbers has long been burned and put away ,,,,just way too messy to get started,,landlord was getting a family member in ,,but they wasted 8 weeks deciding to start or not and by the time it was sorted any customer base would have been long gone..the shops been empty for months (obviously he dont need the money)

looking forward to seeing mum and dad for a few days,,
but the real holiday wont start till we hit London :D

Glad you've updated shaun, see the occasional thing on FB, but its easier seeing the whole picture. Deffo concentrate on the website to get it running in time for Christmas.

web site has gone of for approval with the credit card company
at the min im collecting data and doing photos

if its cleared we should launch in mid july
i thinking it will take 6-8 weeks to get up the Google ranking ,which will give us time to iron out any bug or errors.
so that's tail end of September
which is just nice for the xmas market oct/nov
at the same time i will have to look into payed clicks,but may leave that until we launch a uk page

what im actually scared :eek: of at that time, is getting busy with the contract work (jewelers and hotel) adding in the gift basket companies and my web/shop sales it could end up being too successful to quickly:eek::eek::eek:
hopefully that is a problem i will have to face :D

im back :eek::eek::eek:

the web site is up in test mode ,,take a peek and send me some feed back,i already know about the script errors on the main page,still have about 5-7 days of gift loading to do and probably the same with meta tags and key words,,cant believe its taken this long
if you would be good enough to look at the general look and feel of the pages,ease of selecting a gift and engraving set up,and the general range of gifts
