On their website it says that Paypal charge a 2% surcharge for them sending the money to us.

Can anyone tell me how to make a claim? There doesnt seem to be anywhere for it on my homepage(not sure if Ive maybe not earned enough yet and it will appear once i do??) Thanks in advance.

The 2% Paypal charge explains why I got £4-23 instead of £4-32..liveable with,though!The payment came through within 2 minutes,so I'm happy with this site.

This is the reason they gave me for people getting varying amounts.

Just thought I'd let you all know, joined last week, got 1st survey within 24 hours and money credited to my acc straight away.
