    I read on PTS that the £5 off £25 spend doesn't work against groceries. Pants MOC this weekend in the Mail for me.

    We've been having the same problem in our store. With people using Somerfield coupons (lots of) and also photocopies. They usually go to a young cashier or a trainee. Not only do Tesco loose their money when this happens, the cashier that takes the coupons has to be talked to.
    They go to these C.A's cos they don't get trouted too...:p:p:p

    I was in Tesco today and happened to choose a trainee cashier. He had a supervisor standing behing him ann when I gave him my coupons she asked him if he had been trained on the coupon policy. When he said he had not she told him what it was, helped him to put my coupons through and then told him that the coupon policy was in the blue folder that was on every till. Might be useful to ask about the blue folder if a cashier says they do not know about coupons. I looked at a few tills as I was walking out and there was a blue folder on everyone of them

    I WANNA BLUE FOLDER!!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

    .........Popped back to add info re Pikapaks, just cutting some out ready for this weeks shops...still got mocs on recent purchases (expire 03/10)but can only use 4 x 25p's of them in 1 shop now as other 4 are duplicate barcodes...iyswim....still valid until 01/11 though....

    Evening All, (whoops, is that the time?:eek:)
    erm Morning All,

    Went out for the day and called in to a Mr T's a bit further away, The SA didn't think she could take any coupons as I hadn't bought the products. I asked her to check with Supervisor who looked at coupons, took 2 internet, a Finish and 3 out of 4 Picapaks. Said she couldn't take one of them as two of them had a picture of Shreddies on them. I pointed out they were different pictures (one had 3 cereals on, one being Shreddies and the other was just for Shreddies. They all had different barcodes but she wouldn't accept it. Didn't push it as she wasn't very happy. I wasn't sure of my ground and I was pleased with the saving anyway.

    Has anyone else had this?

    Could I take this opportuntity to request that any coupon finds,coupon expires,or first page requests are posted on the thread in bold blue, then I know it's for me and I'll act on it. Also any coupon questions please also post on the thread then you will get the expertise of several seasoned couponers, otherwise I have to go through my inbox and reply, and also go through the thread.

    No-one has made any mention of Princess Coupon's above-quoted post, so I thought I would bump it up in case it was missed. She is an absolute star for taking over this thread, so I think we should all help to make the job easy as possible for her.

    I feel a wee bit guilty for not mentioning that PMs seem to come as part of the deal. Some people must prefer to PM rather than ask questions on the open forum. :confused:

    Obviously I've got a slightly less than altruistic motive here - I'm terrified that PC will get mightily fed-up and may resign!!! :eek: Then where would we be?!!

    So please folks - post important stuff in BOLD BLUE and try not to bombard Princess Coupon with coupon questions via PM. :A

    And if you happen to notice that someone else has neglected to post something important in BLUE, then you could help PC out by quoting their post and changing the text colour to blue (hope that makes sense).

    PC is doing a great job looking after the thread. I would say I miss doing it, but I would be fibbing! ;)

    Your setting yourselves up for some real disapointment I fear, I remember the first week about £4 of NSS with long dates, since then crappy cappy has consistently let us down :( (please let me be wrong!)
